RETURN PROCESS

1. Submit your information with order number to the following form.
2. Our team will confirm your purchase and send you a prepaid shipping label.
3. Mail back unused portion in the bottle.
4. Once the returned product is received, Refunds are processed within 3 business days to the payment method used to initially purchase the product.

Order Cancelation:  If the product was ordered in error or if you changed your mind (before 12PM Central Time) the order can be canceled and a full refund issued.  To do this log into your Doc Digest account and go to Orders.  Or you can call 346-261-1223 to have the order canceled and a full refund issued.  Please have your Order Number ready.
